Eat, Sleep and Exercise to ease your way to happiness, good health and to feel healthy, happy and energized all the time.

Eat foods that help you feel alert, powerful, energized and healthy for several hours. Body systems differ, meals that give some people a burst of energy leave others slow and sluggish. Know which foods help you feel good and eat what's good for you.

Avoid food and especially junk food that tastes good for a few minutes and then leaves you feeling bloated, sluggish and guilty for days.

Sleep is refreshment and rejuvenation. Peak performance requires adequate rest. The investment of time in adequate sleep enhances your efficiency, mood and productivity for the entire day. You best investment of time often lies in ensuring you have adequate rest. Happy Hot Air Balloon

Exercise - Activity raises our adrenalin levels and sharpens our mental acuity. Exercising daily keeps the mind and body alert. Invest twenty minutes daily in a brisk walk for your body and private time for your mind.

It's time you spend building your happiness and both your physical and mental health.

You can't think, act, feel or be at your best when you are tired, hungry, mis-fed or guilty.

ESE your way to happiness by eating, sleeping and exercising so you feel your best, do your best and can be at your best all of the time.
